Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LanderProduction ("we", "us") collects when you use landerproduction.com (the "Site") and the LanderProduction Overlay Tool desktop app (the "App"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email contact@landerproduction.com.

1. Information we collect

Your account

• Email address and name you give when you create an account.
• Password, stored only as a salted, one-way hash (PBKDF2). We never store or see your password itself.
• Google sign-in. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address, whether the email is verified, and a Google account ID with us. We use them only to sign you in. We do not get your Google password or access to your Gmail, contacts or files.

Your licenses and PCs

• Machine ID (for example LP-1234-ABCD-5678). The App makes it from a one-way hash of your Windows installation ID; it does not contain your name, files or hardware serial numbers. The App sends it to us when it starts so that we can deliver license keys to that PC and confirm the PC exists before a purchase. We also record the App version and when that PC last checked in.
• License records: the plan, start and end dates, and the signed license key for each PC.
• Referral codes linked to a PC, and how many referral rewards it has received.

Purchases

Payments are processed by PayPal (in US dollars) and PayMongo (GCash, Maya or card, in Philippine pesos). You enter your payment details on their secure pages, not on our Site, and we never receive your card, PayPal, GCash or Maya details. They tell us whether the payment went through, its amount and currency, and their payment and order numbers, which we keep with your order.

Messages and emails

• If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email and message you enter (delivered to us through Web3Forms).
• We send account emails (sign-up confirmation codes and password reset codes) through Resend. We don't send marketing emails.

Technical information

• Cookies. We set one cookie, lp_session, only when you log in. It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, or until you log out. While you are using Google sign-in we also set a short-lived cookie (10 minutes) that protects the sign-in from forgery. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Browser storage. Your browser remembers a referral code from a link you followed (for 30 days), and the Machine ID passed from the App, so they still apply when you buy. This stays in your browser.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To sell, deliver, renew and show your licenses, license keys and order history.
• To run the referral programme.
• To reset passwords in the Site and in the App.
• To answer support requests and to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, locking an account after repeated wrong passwords).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run LanderProduction, and only what each one needs:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and security for the Site.
• PayPal and PayMongo: checkout, payments and receipts.
• Google: sign-in, only if you choose it.
• Resend: delivery of account emails.
• Web3Forms: delivery of contact form messages.
• GitHub: hosts the App's installer and updates. When you download or update the App, GitHub receives your request.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

4. Google user data

LanderProduction's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic sign-in scopes (openid, email, profile). We use that data only to sign you in and identify your account, we don't share it with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

• Account details: while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete them.
• Order and license records: as long as needed to keep your licenses working and to meet tax and accounting rules, which can be several years after a purchase.
• Sign-up and reset codes expire after 15 minutes. Expired sessions are cleared regularly.

6. Your choices and rights

• See and update your details in My account, change your password, remove PCs from your account, and sign out of all devices.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing contact@landerproduction.com.
• If you signed in with Google, you can remove LanderProduction's access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local data protection law. We'll respond to requests within 30 days.

7. Security

We protect your information with HTTPS, hashed passwords, HttpOnly session cookies, limits on login and code attempts, and signed license keys. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.

8. Children

The Site and App are for tournament organisers and production teams. They are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also let account holders know by email or on the Site.
